Unclaimed Funds

My parents Both died it's been 5years and I have been trying to get some kind of help and Have gotten nowhere I am there daughter and i took care of them for 12 years When Hurricane Maria happen I brought them to Florida to live w/ me They both died in Florida . Banco Popular is still taking money out from the account for the light bill which no one live in there Home I work Tuesday -Saturday I really need to get in contact w/ someone.

Very poor customer service

I didn't receive a new Visa card, that was supposed to be issued on July 5, 2022. I am elderly with aphasia, so I asked my son to come with me to the Anna's retreat, branch,( St.Thomas,VI. ) Since we were together, I asked him to enter the screening door with me. We were met by a glaring irate customer service rep, who got in my son's face shouting at him making a scene, we both apologize and walked away. nadie contesta, te dejan esperando mas de una horaAngryMi hermano no necesita estos problemas fue operado del corazón. El banco le cerró la cuenta por que Alguien estaba tratando de usar su tarjeta el estuvo esperando un mes por la tarjeta bien ahora ya la tarjeta esta activada ahora otra jodiendo el está muy enfermo para estos problemas.

Ahora e llámado como diez veces para internet help to activar la aplicación en internet y está bloqueada no gano ni una llamas a banco online te lo juro hora y media y nadie contesta para desbloquear la cuenta increíble que un señor enfermo tenga que pasar por esto ya llevamos dos días en esto y nada. Perdona pero los trabajadores son inepto no lo pueden ayuda solo esperarAngry

Fraud Stolen cards

I reported my wallet stolen on April 8th which immediately after that called to cancel my cards A lot of charges and withdrawal were made and, I don't understand why the bank cannot give me a provisional credit while holding the investigation. This has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety because the bank is telling me it can take up to 90 days.

While Refinancing my home and several weeks after requesting my current account balance on Company letterhead. I was told the company could NOT email or fax directly to me or the lender. Only by mail, which would take 7-10 business days. Eventually, I received the last two billing statements *wrong docs. Process had to start all over again. Lastly, I spoken to Sherry, (Customer Service supervisor). Again, I was advised, unable to fax or email me directly. Very disappointed that not even the supervisor had the authority to simply fax or email requested document. Conclusion, unable to close financing. Very, Very Disappointing!!! I plan to payoff balance due and close the account. I will make sure to complete several online surveys thru social media to make known the level of customer service provided this Disappointed!! dis disapp

Incompetent Wire Transfer

Horrible. They mis handled a wire transfer from Dominican Republic sending it to City Bank in NY instead of Charles Schwab. And the only bank contact I had was more concerned how her email was compromised rather doing anything to fix problem . I am out 543 US dollars...it's been now 31 days and the attorney who was the sender will not see that the bank corrects the mistake.

I had a joint account with my late husband. Because PR laws for inheritance are so complex my daughter and I went to a lawyer in PR for all legal documents. After lots of money spent and 3 months of wait we needed to fly to PR to give in person all the papers required by this bank. No one told us or theres nothing written that says that now we must wait 20 laboral days to give me MY MONEY
